It's our people who make us successful. At Aircad, our philosophy is that we are built on our people, not the bottom line. Below, you will find the reasons behind our success….
Matt Bordenkecher joined Aircad in 1985 as their first employee. His background started in HVAC Controls in 1982 and has expanded to include nearly all areas of the HVAC market-from grilles to chillers. Matt is currently President and owner of Aircad.
Pat Dotson joined Aircad in 1999 as the lead estimator. Pat's many years of experience in HVAC estimating makes him an expert at getting our customers fair and accurate quotations. Pat has enjoyed this line of work since 1972.
Brad Klaassen joined Aircad in 2001 as a sales person to cover our current customer base even better. Brad spent several years in the construction market before coming on board. Brad has developed into a quality customer-oriented sales person with considerable product knowledge.
Bob Palmore joined Aircad in 2007 with a wealth of experience dating back to 1980. His experience includes not only rep agency sales, but also sales manager positions with several leading factories. Bob's focus is engineering sales, but he also lends a big hand in contractor sales as well. We're lucky to have him!
Steve Morlan joined Aircad in 2008 as an inside sales person. Steve began his career in HVAC in 1980 as a contractor estimator and has worked in both the rep and wholesale business, in all areas of the mechanical trades. Steve adds another steady hand to help customers feel more comfortable working with our company.
Jamie Mills joined Aircad in 2006 as our accounting specialist. She is responsible for all of the invoicing, payables and most of the paperwork that is generated in the office. She also has extensive knowledge of how to run an efficient business and Jamie works hard to make us all look good.
As you can see, Aircad combines many years of experience in the market. That experience is easily recognized in our service and attention to your needs.
